How can I get my parents to give me M games back?

Okay. So, as most teens are, I have friends who play M games and when ever I go over to their house. I used to be able to play M games. Notice I said used to. My parents let me have M games, like Call of Duty and such, until they saw me hit my brother for being annoying as usual, and hes 3 years younger than me with ADHD. And so they took it away for the rest of my life they said, well, until I move out that is. I notice how stupid this sounds, but how do I get them back? Also, Im coming from a family where both of my parents barely are with me, ones off addicted to the computer, the other works for a living, ON THE COMPUTER. And so Im by myself with my brother, all day, up until 6 o clock, when my mom comes home, and then we have to be controlled, since my mom controlls everything. And so I am trying to get M games back by being mature and stuff, but it wont work. Ive tryed everything. From not going online on M games since my parents say they dont like those clans or groups, to working for my own money, which I cant use. If you have any solutions, please help. The only reason why I want M games back, is to be able to go over to friends houses, since they said I now cant, and since I want to spend some quality time with my brother, which I never get to since Ive never had a good enough console(game system) till now.
