For the laptop and the game console, I know that I will have to put the actual machines in bins when going through security, but will I have to put the wires for them in bins as well or can I just leave them in my bag? Also, will I have to put my camera in a bin? I know that airport security doesn't make you take cameras out usually but I wasn't sure about mine since it's bigger. I use my dazzle dvc 100 to record video from DVD's or video game consoles. I record it onto pinnacle studio 12 and it has been working fine but for the past month or so everytime I would finish recording I would click "edit" and get the message, "Error Opening Video File". I would then lose everything I recorded. I record in avi because when I try mpeg it says I could experience frame rate drops. I dont know what the problem is. What should I do.

The thing about Japanese is that almost every syllable or mora ends in a vowel rather than a consonant and in English or German, it depends on the word. I have Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare and I downloaded the Reign of the Undead zombie mod and if someone else hosts the game it works fine. But if I try to host a game(I don't have broadband I'm trying to play a single player zombie game) There are three optoins: non-dedicated, internet or LAN. If I try to host it non-dedicated then it loads the map and I can walk around and everything and it says wave one: 20 zombies incoming but no zombies spawn. Every little while(a minute maybe.) something comes up saying something like punkbuster client in distress(you have to have punkbuster on to host non-dedicated). If I click on internet or LAN then(with punkbuster on or off) then the game closes and a new window called Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare Console comes up with a bunch of stuff scrolling down in the console thingy. Then it stops and the only thing I can do is close the console thing. How can I get it to work? Thanks

So, to get the stalling problem fixed I have had a tune-up, new catalyic converter,(needed for emission as well but also could have been reason for stalling) new oxgen sensors, fuel regulator, tranmisson flushed, always have oil changes, new water pump, raditor.. lots more. Still noone has found out the real reason for the stalling problem. all mechanic says my car is fine. But when i went to my regular shop the one guy told me i needed a intake manifold gasket. So i brung my car in for the repair. I goes to pick it up and now the owner says i didnt need a intake manifold my car was fine?!!!!STRANGE!!! Instead he fixed other small thing. So after trying other mechanics with still no real help i finally went to the dealership. they told me I needed these items INTAKE MANIFOLD GAKSETS , PCV TUBE AND VALAVE , IAC VALVE , BOTH 02 SENSORS , PCM REPROGRAM..okay notice i said one person said i needed a intake manifold gaskets but turned out I didnt?! I think they were trying to get my money. Another thing that one guy who told me the truth about my car doesnt work there anymore. I just spend so much money on my Ford Explorer already I really need to wait atleast another month to save to get these things fixed. Does Anyone Know how long my car can last until I get it fixed. Thats the only problem so far with the truck. My car has 162,300 miles. And also What do you think about my whole stressful car problem?

2003 Nissan Altima rough start?

I have a 2003 Nissan Altima 2.5, 100K miles. After driving for a while i park the car, 10 minutes later i start the car and it idles rough for a few seconds, like its not getting air or gas then everything is fine.(couple of times it didnt even start). Idles around 700rpm in Park and 600rpm in Drive. I have new spark plugs and and cleaned the throttle body. I also took it in for the recall of reprograming the ecm. Also have a coolant leak, but mechanic couldnt find a leak and he said its not going into the engine. I lose an inch of coolant from reservoir every few days. Its been like this last 10k miles.

2007 Nissan Murano Keyless Entry Going Out?

I Recently Bought a 2007 Nissan Murano which only came with the one key, even thought the dealer has promised to get me a key-less entry remote its been over 3 weeks and i couldn't wait so i purchased two off of ebay, i easily reprogrammed them and they have worked perfectly for the last week then yesterday i had problems getting either to work it would work one hour but not the next couple of times so i guessed it must be the battery's going out and replaced them, neither worked and i then tried to reprogram them one would work successfully and then 30 minutes later not, i emailed the seller of the remotes about the problems and the temper-mental remotes and he suggested it was the internal programmer in the car that was "going out" has anyone every heard of this and if so how much is it to replace?

Car wont start!!! scytek rs2000 car alarm problem?

I have a 86 caprice with a scytek rs2000 alarm installed (lcd pic car transmitter)...so today i was showing my dad the car, remote started it and remote shut it down..closed the doors and locked her up. Later on i go to move the car and the remote doesnt work.It doesnt show the arm/disarm, it doesnt do anything (like if its not programmed). So i open the door with my keys and my alarm doesnt go off. I try to turn the car on and nothing. Absolutely nothing. Like if the killswitch is on. So i open up the hood to check to see if my battery and battery connections are fine, everything is ok. Thought maybe the battery was dead or something so i took it to be checked and it was fine. Alarm didnt go off or nothing when I connected the battery back up. Lights in the car work but electric doors do not. Tried to maybe reprogram the remote and the car didnt chirp back or nothing. Not sure whats going on. I just bought the car a couple weeks ago and everything was fine. Theres a button underneath the hood that i believe is the Valet or override or whatever switch but cant get nothing going. I need some help!!!! One more thing, when i was showing my dad the car, i had the engine running with the keys in the ignition. We were checking out the motor and he pressed "the button" a couple times. Dont know if that may have did something. After that is when i shut the hood, turned the car off, then remote started, remote shut down and locked her up. Any ideas, advice?

HELP!!! I switched the NAM setting on my phone and Verizon messed it up even more. How can I fix it?

I switched the NAM setting on my phone, trying to change a different setting and it shut my phone down and changed my password. I tried a million different passwords including the last four digits of my number and the others in my plan, my old last four digits, my last 2 passwords, my current password, and the account password. I took it into Verizon, where they reprogrammed it, which didnt work, and then they did a complete master reset and it still didnt work. Today, I called Samsung and they told me that they are not able to reset the NAM setting because the Verizon employee had done the master reset which made them unable to do anything other than completely rebuild the phone which will cost $70 that I dont have. If anyone knows any backdoor ways to break past the code and reset the NAM PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE let me know! and I dont want to hear your opinion about how I shouldnt have changed the setting if I didnt know wat it was ok? How can I fix my CD for a video game that keeps freezing when I try playing it?

I try to play my game, but after a couple minutes or so it freezes all the time in the beginning and my console then says that the CD can't be read. I look on the back and there's no scratches or anything. In the light, instead of seeing lines extending out from the middle (like a regular CD shows) I see wavy rings around the middle, extending. It was like water rings, when something drops into water and creates rings. Except they aren't perfect circles, they're wavy.

First rough idle youth now it won't accelerate over 2000 RPMs?

I have a 2003 Nissan Sentra today it started idling roughly. When I give a gas in park or neutral or even when I'm driving it seems to accelerate normally but when I take my foot off the accelerator in the car returns to idle speed it chugs as though it's running on only three cylinders it eventually smooths out but just tap the accelerator and it returns to a rough idle for a few more minutes and then again smooths out. I just took it to our neighborhood mechanic they know it's not the plugs or wires but when he reached his hand behind the throttlebody it smoothed out. I don't know what he was touching what it was near where the air filter connects to the aluminum intake manifold. He suggested we run a can of throttlebody cleaner through it we did but he says it still didn't fix it a computer reading read several different error codes but he believes what's causing this behavior is the code which indicates the mass airflow sensor is bad. While the car acellerated normally on the way to this mechanic after the mechanic it will not accelerate over 2000 RPMs while the car is in drive but if you put it in neutral park it will raft of five or 6000 RPMs he said he used his computer to reset the codes to clear the codes but I know those computers can also be used to set the RPMs do you think he limited my RPMs he says that when I replace the mass airflow sensor the car will return to normal . I think he reprogrammed my chip I know there's a lot here but I would appreciate as much input as possible. Thank you

How can I fix my CD for a video game that keeps freezing when I try playing it?

I try to play my game, but after a couple minutes or so it freezes all the time in the beginning and my console then says that the CD can't be read. I look on the back and there's no scratches or anything. In the light, instead of seeing lines extending out from the middle (like a regular CD shows) I see wavy rings around the middle, extending. It was like water rings, when something drops into water and creates rings. Except they aren't perfect circles, they're wavy.

Someone help please??? problems with env2 for over a week and i really need a working phone!?

About a week ago I was moving out of my apartment and into a new house and somewhere along the line my enV must've got knocked around too much or something because the inside screen stopped working. So, I decide to buy a new one. I buy an EnV 2. I activate the new phone with my number and it worked for about 20 seconds before it started to freeze up and wouldn't let me push any buttons or do anything for that matter, it just froze. I tried taking the battery out, reprogramming it, tried to do the software update but just froze then too, tried everything it seems like. Nothing worked. So i thought the phone was defective. I returned it to the seller and got a different env 2. This one does the SAME exact thing when I activated it. I took it into verizon and all the lady told me was that it was something to do with facebook and to take facebook mobile off my phone because all the lg phones have been freezing up for the past week because of some glitch. So i was all excited that I finally found my solution, i deactivated my facebook mobile and it STILL does the same thing. Also, to see if the phone was the problem I switched my sisters phone number to mine and put mine on a different one temporarily, and activated hers just fine and it worked on the Env 2 just fine! I put her number back on her phone, tried to activate mine yet another time on the Env 2, and it did the same freeze up thing. I am at wits end trying to figure this out and have been at a loss for a week now. Is there ANYONE out there who knows how to fix this? I don't know what to do. If I got a new number and got rid of my old one would that help at all? I just need this figured out. Thanks in advance for your help!

Xbox 360 Wireless mic won't connect?

I recently purchased a wireless mic, which was brand new. Not second hand, or anything. It was "fresh from the package". I have gone step-by-step to connect it to the console, however, it won't connect. When I press the sync button on both the console then the mic, the lights flash as they should, and the mic connects for anywhere between 3-15 seconds, then will begin to flash as though it is trying to sync again, and I didn't press any buttons on anything. I have tried it with no controllers active, and with controllers on. I don't get what is happening.

OK guys, so i've already gone through and beaten KOTOR and now i'm playing through again on the PC and added some mods to the Override folder like they tell you to and they seem to work just fine. My problem is that I for some reason cannot get the cheats to enable. I have gone to swkotor.ini and added the line under Game Options: EnableCheats=1 but then it said i didn't have permission to save back in the main folder so instead I ended up saving it in My Documents and then moving it over to the main KOTOR folder. well, now I start the game and it runs fine but i push the ` key (the one left of the 1 key) and nothing happens, I've also tried [ctrl] + ` [alt] + ` [shift] + ` and other combinations as well, however i do not get any console or any area where i can type in the cheat. Does anyone know how to help? I've tried all these combinations on a US English Keyboard setting as well as a UK English Keyboard setting.

I took my '04 Nissan Maxima 5 spd auto (RE5F22A) to my mechanic and had my transmission replaced with a reman unit. After the install, the car was driven by the technician and noticed that the gears were not smooth but hesitated into gear. After additional research, he was told by the shop that remanufactured the trans that the TCM may need to be reprogrammed to work with the new trans. After having that done by Nissan, I was told the car had been driven and is ready for pick up. I drove the car for about 10 minutes...seemed fine. Then after a red light, the car went through 1-2-3 then 4th was like it went into neutral??? no power while in high gear. Tried to autoshift but no such luck. Test drove the car a few times but it seems like 4th gear is gone...rpms revs. What else should I have looked at. Trans plus labor cost me $4K...

Hi there I have a 1996 S500 that's stuck on limp mode and there's no check engine light. It happened right after I put in some regular gas, which I started regretting while in the middle of fueling. Anyways after I drove it for 20 miles it went into limp mode its stuck on 1 or 2nd gear I believe. The rpm goes over 3000. Its really heavy when driving it. And I tried taking out the battery, erasing all the codes and also turning the key on and off 5 times but still. So now I don't really know what to do or what the problem could be. How can I get this Call of Duty 4 mod to work?

I have Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare and I downloaded the Reign of the Undead zombie mod and if someone else hosts the game it works fine. But if I try to host a game(I don't have broadband I'm trying to play a single player zombie game) There are three optoins: non-dedicated, internet or LAN. If I try to host it non-dedicated then it loads the map and I can walk around and everything and it says wave one: 20 zombies incoming but no zombies spawn. Every little while(a minute maybe.) something comes up saying something like punkbuster client in distress(you have to have punkbuster on to host non-dedicated). If I click on internet or LAN then(with punkbuster on or off) then the game closes and a new window called Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare Console comes up with a bunch of stuff scrolling down in the console thingy. I bought this truck, 6 months ago. The wiring had been messed with. It ran fine for a while, but now, when I turn the key to start, nothing happens. It's a standard two wheel drive. I installed new wiring harness and a new key and lock. I think I reprogrammed the key as instructed. Now, the security light does not flash, but still starter does not engage. My son jumped it at the starter. It turned, but wouldn't start. I shorted the yellow wire, under the switch and it bumped the starter. (We have wired the clutch switch together.) Can I install inline fuel pump and button switch for starter? What about the computer? Since I bought it the lights only worked when the motor was running. Thanks for any help.

well i was thinking about buying an evo 10 and doing it and it seems doable. Heres how id do it and you tell me if it would work. I would get someone with an extensive knowledge of computers and computer programming, i know someone currently attending mit that i think would suffice. I would have them reprogram the awd slip sensor to think that the front wheels were always slipping like crazy and the rear ones never were. That way the slip sensor would always be sending as much power as possible to the rear wheels. Also i havn't test driven one yet but i think you might be able to do this manually wen u start the car, like in the sti, but if you cant do u think this would work and granted i dont think it would be 100% rwd as i dont know if the car ever puts 100% of the power on the rear or front wheels regaurdless of what the sensor says but it would be i think at least 75% power which is close enough for me so tell me what you think and also tell me if you can do this manually upon ignition

PS3 definitely. It's free online so it won't press you for cash like xbox 360 live does each month. Also, xbox controllers are fat and clunky. PS3 controllers are slick and practical (much lighter). PS3's have a more classy overall look to them and the blueray component is awesome. Also, the web browsing on the PS3 is great. Xbox fans biggest argument against the PS3 is that there are more games for xbox (which is true), but the only well known ones are Gears of War and Halo. PS3 has infamous exclusively and uncharted which I think are better than the xbox exclusive games. Yah, I had a similar issue. I tried to register mine as well, and I couldn't get to the next page -- pushing Continue did absolutely nothing. It's not required to register your systems, though. However, I am one of those types of people who feels like it needs to be done anyway. So what I did was contact Sony through their online contact form and got a response to send them the information to have my systems registered. So do that -- contact them to get the proper request -- and they'll register it for you.

The service engine light on my 2006 Nissain recently came on. We took it to our trusted mechanic and he was puzzled as to why it came on (the code was for a transmission problem that is very rare, especially on a car with less than 30,000 miles). He reset it, and told us that if it comes back, to take it to the dealership as it may be covered by the warranty. It came back so we went to the nissain dealership. It was $120 to check out the problem. They told us that nothing was wrong, and "reprogrammed" the service engine light. I repeatedly asked WHY the light came on. The dealership thought I should be happy that "nothing was wrong with the car". To me, having a light randomnly pop off that requires a $120 fix is a complete and utter scam. If it's "scheduled maintanence, then they should explain that...instead of simply charging me money and telling me I should be happy. Are these lights scams?

My window in my car doesn't work properly after getting it repaired. What should I do?

I own a 350z base and the driver side window stopped working, so I took it to Firestone to get it repaired. Apparently they were completely unaware that my car has an auto-seal feature for the windows, so now when the door is closed the window seals and it goes up too far, and consequently catchs on the door frame when trying to open the door. The people at Firestone said I may have to take it to a dealership to have it reprogramed, but I already paid the clowns at firestone a boat load of dough to fix the window, not kinda fix the window. So, my question/s is, what course of action should I take? What are my options so that I do not incure addtional expense on a problem that I already paid to fix?
